A spacious, modern, year-round house with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a large terrace, ideal for two families with children or a group of friends (7 people + 1 child). A glass living room with a modern fireplace and a view of the forest and a large dining table for 8 people. Three bedrooms on the ground floor: a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a three-person bedroom with a double-decker bed - 140 cm downstairs and 90 cm upstairs, and a third bedroom with a 90 cm double-decker bed and a pull-out extra bed. A functional kitchenette with full equipment, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet. The bedrooms have small foldable desks that can be used for work or study. There is a lounge set and hammocks on the terrace. In the house you will find comfortable equipment: bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, smart TV and soundbar (USB input, HBO Max, Prime Video or SkyShowtime), wood for the fireplace (additionally paid), fan (summer-winter option), dishwasher, oven with convection, washing machine, amenities for small children (feeding chair, bathtub, potty, toilet cover, contact protection, children's dishes), hairdryer, electric heater/dryer, 2 deckchairs, pleated blinds or curtains on the windows, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner. In the garden, we provide you with a place for a bonfire with benches, a barbecue, a playground with a sandbox, a trampoline, a zip line, a badminton net, hammocks, a garden swimming pool for children (holidays) - it is located on the plot on the other side of the road, next to house no. 8. For For children, we have prepared a special corner with toys, books and table football, as well as a playroom in a separate house. Additionally, there is a fee for access to the logs with jacuzzi and sauna, SUP board and bicycle trailer, as well as access to the swimming pool in the period April 20 - June 14 and September 16 - October 20. The facility requires a deposit of PLN 500-1,000. The deposit is, of course, refundable if there is no damage and we transfer it to your account after checking the house. 

The local tax is PLN 2.9 per person per day.
